Well, this problem went away. Someone punched our terminal and now its cracked... So I guess my new question is, can these be repaired or do we need a new terminal?

Thanks for the reply. The only way I have ever been able to use the terminal outside of aloha is by logging in from my server and using the windows key to get out of aloha. Is there another way I can get into the terminal?

Alright. I tried quite a few different configurations and nothing led to success. I wasn't able to get an internet connection unless I had that USB cable plugged in. But any other way and my POS and DVR went down. Any other suggestions?
