Hi, New MM 4.0 install with MSS. I know we can push out the MM Outlook plug-in via System Policies but is it possible to create the IMAP Outlook client as well or does that need to be done manually? Thanks

No Outlook, just TUI access. OHV looks normal when either msg gets recorded. And subscriber access shows the user accessing the new msgs and there are some there in the count that are "saved" even though they were not accessed yet. I will try a reboot.

Hi, When trying to run the OHV in live mode I get the following message: An error occured setting up live mode viewing on the tracing system. (80010104) RPC could not call the server or could not return the results of the calling server. I am seeing this being logged in the Application event...

So RavenAndy, Thanks for the reply. Maybe you could describe the short code you use. Does the Sipmerge basically convert the protocol from UDP to TCP for Exchange? Is there some doc from Sipmerge on how to set this up? And how much does the proxy cost? Thanks!! Dan

No, you just need to purchase the "enterprise license" or upgrade to it from the standard license you currently have which is about 35 dollars extra and just for the users you would like to UM enable.

Thanks joe.. Did you just create an analog hunt group and use "group" for voicemail type and point to that hunt group? Is there some cfg setting you could share? Dan
