if the DID automatically returns a dial tone, how do you secure it so that an unauthorized user can't simply dial that DID and then dial out? Do you authorize based on incoming caller id? Thanks, Keith

on other voice mail systems there is a feature called call-in / call-out that allows a person to call into the system remotely, authorize themselves (either automatically by their caller-id or manually with password authentication) and the get a dial tone on the system allowing them to dial out...
