@amriddle01: true enough. i was able to confirm the vmail greeting stopped with just a service restart. did a reboot of server & ipo at day's end just to "start fresh"

Having the same issue with system that uses Contact Store for recording. Will try rebooting all systems at EOD. Thanks for the tip, amriddle01

I have run into the same issue on IPO 500v2, software 7.0(23), digital trunking (PRI) and using mix of older Nortel and newer "Avaya" T-series phones. I wasn't able to confirm the noise on external calls, but did on internal. Suspect the TCM card, but not sure now after reading above posts...
Change Embedded vm to IP Office mode instead. Had the same problem with a customer, could not find ANY solution. After changing to IP Office mode, no more double greetings and vm cutoffs.
