As I need to carry out routine check up of Call pilot License information and port count, can you please let me know what is the exact menu I have to go throuh in Call pilot Manager.

No, I heard that previously there was a technology in Nortel, where we used to have PRI or DTI (i am not sure) wihtout D-channel. I just want to know what type of CAS used here and if possible pabx model type.

i had discussions with my techie friends from avaya and audiocodes, they happend to tell me that there was one nortel system (pbx) which was not having the d-channel.
and as a curiousity i posted this on forum to get to know about this.
