Good afternoon,
Does anyone know where I can find config notes or have experience using Octel 350 connected to a remote Definity as voicemail for IP Office 7.0+ ?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Gerry.
Update:
In the event that this is a common problem, I was able to resolve it by removing the default breakout setting, and instead I entered the operator extension for site 2 in each individual user's profile on the Voicemail tab.

Hello All:
I have an SCN environment with 2 sites running IPO 6.1 using VMPro in Intuity mode as centralized voicemail located at site 1. When a caller is sent to a mailbox for a user at site 2 to leave a message, they can not dial 0 to get to the operator at site 2.

2. Disabled local windows firewall on the pc.
3. Disabaled Anti-Virus.
4. Executed fw-batch file on local pc.
5. Disabled...
I will run the system monitor and system status both to see if they capture anything, but I will just be hoping to see something that identifies the capture as being related to Phone Manager. Do you know what I might have to look for?
Negative. The user has reported that he disabled the Anti-Virus, and there is no change. Also, the Win7-32 bit user still works without changing Anti-Virus, or Firewall settings on the same network.
Your help is appreciated.
