    Update: In the event that this is a common problem, I was able to resolve it by removing the default breakout setting, and instead I entered the operator extension for site 2 in each individual user's profile on the Voicemail tab. I hope this helps someone else. I welcome any other solutions...

    I will run the system monitor and system status both to see if they capture anything, but I will just be hoping to see something that identifies the capture as being related to Phone Manager. Do you know what I might have to look for?

    Negative. The user has reported that he disabled the Anti-Virus, and there is no change. Also, the Win7-32 bit user still works without changing Anti-Virus, or Firewall settings on the same network. Your help is appreciated.
