    So far so good but I can't understand why I can't forward to an external address. I've set up delegates and stuff like that internally but when I try to add this external address to 'forward' messages to it wants to verify inside the domain or something...any ideas?

    I'm pretty green with exchange tasks, the question is can I create an exchange email account without setting up a Windows account on our domain. The account will just be used for inquiries from our website. Then I need to know how to redirect the mail from the created account to an outside...
