I have a question on how you are recieving your incomming FAXs. Do your FAXs come into the FAX skillset or in your E-Mail skillset? Do you have OPEN QUEUE turned on or off?
So when you are in the Configuration section of CCMA, you are clicking on the drop down menu at the top that says "Add Server". Is this when you are getting the error?
So that I understand what you are doing. 1) You will be shutting down the server where CCMS 6.0 is running. 2) you will replace the hard drives with new ones. 3) Fire the server back up and install AACC 6.2 on the new hard drives?
