I did hook up a handset, and if I hold down the record button the device plays 4 tones through my speakers. I may have forced the erasure of the previous script. But I am still having issues trying to record a new script.

I have an old Premier RUF 2704 Impressions on Hold device. On the side is a handset jack, which I believe will allow me to record a custom greeting. I am not too computer savvy on downloads. Can anybody direct me to the instruction manual? Thank you All!

O.k. .... how about this. problem..... We cannot seem to get the call log on the TDA 50 to log all calls? We have five extensions. All the ringers are on.

Update: the two Partner Mail VS that I have, that I thought were R 0 are R5.0 Does any one know if the ASA or DXD is included in the R5.0 version without a PCMCIA card? Because I still cannot comprehend how the previous version R 4.0 was working as an ASA without a PCMCIA card?

NO PCMCIA card present. I was thinking ASA as well? I am not sure how it was working then? Can I use the DXD programming then? Thanks TTT
