I have an issue with transfer and conf call with an M2616/.
What happens is we have the caller on the line and press the KEY that is programmed as (KEY 10 TRN) and then hit RLS (to release the call) and that caller stays on the same line he called in on?? does not go anywhere?? I have never...

Just got CallPilot for some reason when I am on the phone with someone (conf) and call a company that has an automated attendent (press 1 for...) my selection is not taken. It only works if I am not on (conf) is this some radical Nortel fix.:)

I noticed that when transferring to express messaging we actually have to enter the extension then press # and then conference as opposed to conference then # which is better and less annoying. Is there a fix for this?

How can I program a analog phone to ring a certain amount of times and then just drop the line.
It is for a door phone and we want to use it as a one way "press the button and rings on a phone a few times but you dont need to pickup the phone on receiving end, just terminates."
