at first make a copy from your networker resource files.
Then look in which file the information are. I do this under Unix/Linux with:
/nsr/res/nsrdb # find . -print | xargs egrep -i slots
and I got this output:
./03/17001a0106cfc7457f000001:available slots: 1-19...
Do you have type in this command at the command line:
nsrjb -U[default cleanings] -j [name from your ADIC] -S [Cleaning Slot]
e.g. nsrjb -U 20 -j adic1 -S 203
