Go from 7 to 8 first, no upgrade license is required.
While in 8, apply 9.0 upgrade license.
Upgrade to 9
Hello, can I upgrade from 7.0 to the latest 9.XX straight? Or I have to upgrade to 8.XX first?
I've got a 9.0 upgrade license already.
Can I just load the 9.0 upgrade license and go from 7.0 to 9 directly?

Hello, I am having issues with DTMF tones.
The # and * keys are only detected about 50% of the time, when it fails, it just drops the call.
I can in, dial # (company directory) while listening to the AA, it works about 50% of the time, the same with * to access voicemail.
Any ideas? I am using...
My extensions are currently 221 and up.
I need to change them into the 7000 and up range.
I've got 4 TCM-8 cards into the base, with 2 analog trunks cards.
I am using IP Office 500 v2, 7.0
Wondering if this could be related to a bad AC power outlet..
I will change it just to make sure..
Other than replacing the whole system, what could cause this system and how could it be fixed?
Every 2-3 days, this BCM450 just goes down, for no apparent reason. These are some of the errors:
54005 Mrs:: Shutting down due to MPS communication failure
53005 Mgs:: Shutting down due to MPS communication failure
43011 Lost connectivity to the switch
52004 **ERROR** FUMP channel not...
I am having the exact same issue on a BCM450 6.0, services go down, phones flash, calls drop, then it recovers by itself.
These are some of the error messages:
50064 The Media Path Management sub-system unexpectedly became offline - terminating
54005 Mrs:: Shutting down due to MPS communication...

So press pgm button, enter 00X, where X=1-9 will add a line button to the phone.. Don't I have to enter any password? 1234? Also, once I add the line buttons, how do I make the phone ring those lines in incoming calls?

How do I add line buttons to the phones?
I am using XT7630C-B phones.
The phones already have 3 C.O, line buttons that work fine.
We ordered 2 more analog lines, which I cross connected to the system but I can't find instructions on how to add more line buttons to our phones..!
I know it must be...
How would I "move" to the number in the log dial?
I can only select "next", but I can not move or rearrange the numbers..
Could you please elaborate?

I've got "log all calls" enabled, it works.
However, when I try to "DIAL" from it, it only dials 7 digits, not the 10 digits.
The city code appears in (brakets).
How would I make the BCM400, 4.0 dial all digits?

Go into the DN and choose the Outdial Type to be Pool 1 (1 for Pool A) that way the system will choose any available line on that pool, as opposed to selecting a particular line.. I am guessing it won't work at the moment if line x is being used, so selecting pool should help.
