I work in a hospital where staff can dial an emergency number which rings to the telephone operators ACD queue. Emergency manager wants those calls to have a unique ring whenever an emergent call hits the queue.

So, the Not Ready, Make Busy, and Activity keys around the number pad are just window dressing? Or, do they only work with a Avaya-specific PBX and not the old Nortel?

I have installed a 2050PC softphone on my desktop box, Win 7, and have it working. I can dial out and receive calls without problem. I can leave voice mail in the mailbox and get the MWI lamp to light. What I cannot find is KEY 16 MWK anywhere on the desktop application.

My thought is this DN 3456 is on someone's Call Forward, either a digital set with a CFW key, or an analog set with FTR CFW...

I have an Opt 81C running CS1000. When I stat my D channels in LD 96 the DES that is displayed applies to the setup that existed several years ago. We have a new provider plus I would like the DES to be a bit more descriptive. How can I go about doing this?
