thanks for your attention I solved this issue. i changed 10.29.16 . after that incoming and outgoing calls working properly.

Dear all I setup a sip trunk to sl2100 . But incoming call not received. out going no issue. service provider use cisco router for sip trunk. they said no isse in the there side. therefore same system connected to other router (one access unit) (only changed ip) incoming and out going working...

Dear all There are two sl2100 systems in the two floors at same bulding. It's interconnected via sip.(Ex; A and B) site A has a public sip trunk. how to setup out dialling facility to site B through this sip trunk (system A & B are in same ip network).

Hi I programed and connect sip trunk to sl2100 (version 2.2). Out going calls are working but incoming call not working. I try to program DID and normal ringing group but both are not working.what's the problem

Dear all i'm installed 3rd party sip phone to sl2100 system. it's working. but when i restart the sl2100 system 3rd party sip phone(mitel) not working before around 50 minits. what's the problem?.
