    800 number now part of PRI calls, need separate AA

    We have switched to using Charter Cable for our PRI, they have added the 800 number to the PRI list, how can I create a different Auto Attendant to answer this line? I have not tried anything yet. We are on Avaya IP office version 3.2 running on a 412 unit. [ponder]

    I tried setting up new group and having the AA Group as the overflow, it went to the branch's voicemail.

    I tried setting up another group and then putting the AA group in as the overflow, it went to the branch's voicemail. I then tried to create a short code with the AA recordings and put that in for the incoming call route, it still went to the group voicemail.

    I would like an incoming call to ring a hunt group then after a short time to go to the AA. I am on Avaya 406 software version 3.2. The AA that I created for each branch is a group in the VM Pro and the branch is also in the group on VM Pro 3.2. Thansk in advance. [ponder]
