I have a Radiant p1220 with a 1GB uDoc. I want to install a hard drive but there isn't a power supply for the hard drive that I can find. What am I missing? Thanks, Zach

Switching to Heartland. I have set up using Visanet have included IPHost=sslpro.secure.... and have tried adding USEHTTPS=1 and IPPort=22342 in the EDC.ini. When I try to run a card from POS I get D/Processor not config. Anybody know what I've done wrong?

Yes, Aloha Manager is set to use OPOS, with the local names matching the ones I created in the Epson OPOS utility. The drawer is printer interface and it is also set in Aloha Manager. I am using the TM-88V.

I'm building my own terminal. I purchased a new printer and cash drawer. I am attempting to use USB with OPOS. I have installed the OPOS config software and added the printer and drawer. Aloha gives no errors about missing printer, ect. However, nothing prints and the drawer will not open. I...

One last thing you can use one of the registers to set the password. You don't have to do it in the back office. Zach

Just click on Use Magcard for the employees you want to set up. Zach
