Transaction Journal will not add to year's Debits and Credits.
I have posted Dec 2011, and totals on the ptrint-out are correct yet the figures don't add into the Grand Total for other months as shown on the "preview" of Detail Report. Have I accidently hit a button to cause this? I've closed down twice and r-entered the CD and CR to no avail. Any ideas...- Sicillia

Thank you for your response-I am on SAGE MAS90 Master Accounting Series Evolution/2 by State of the Art. The program is rather old,perhaps the first series even, but suits my needs. The Accounting Date is finally correct and I really don't know how this worked out;now, all my figures agree...- Sicillia
