    I like your way, easier, but I thought I needed to create a dummy user in a dummy Hunt Group to have Call Forward to Cell phone, then go to Hunt Group I want forwarded and put the dummy Hunt Group as the OOS Fallback, then create a button on the set to control Forwarding of Hunt Group.     Is there anyway in an HMS400 for Auto Attendant to transfer to an external #? ex.(800#, cell phone of MGR on Duty, etc.)? From what I am seeing is you can only transfer to the Admin extensions that actually have mailboxes. Thank you

    PBX Messages sent to PMS

    Thank you StanleySteamer for the help. There wer no Room Status Changes over the weekend, so by turning off Time- Detect in the OP of the PBX resolved the issue. The ST-CI and ST-CT commands were rejected by the PMS so no room status changes were made from those.

    Yes, it is a clid issue. Build an new clid table for the #camp you want to show for your outgoing caller id. Then assign it to his dn space new clid #with you just built.

    I have a Hotel customer that says that a room keeps getting bogus calls in the middle of the night and waking them up. Obviously there is no display on room phones, so is there a feature to call back the last missed call to see where it came from? Thanks

    IDC Calls with "P_ext. # not hitting Voicemail

    I figured it out, the display of the incoming call was # xxx-xxx-xxxx Pxxxx, P means special character of identifying digits received(conversion #). In the RDB I changed DEXT to NO on the IDC tree and only receive xxx-xxx-xxxx, without the "P" in front of the DN. It works now, voicemail must not...
