    They think they found the issue, the switch was not grounded properly. They ran a new ground but we wont know for sure until its nice and damp/overcast.

    Thanks for the quick reply. The person in question wants to record a conference call, then put it on as a greeting on a mailbox only extension so her associates can call in to a specific voice mail box and hear the recording at their leisure. Is there a better way to go about this?

    Analog line on IP Office?

    Is it possible to add an analog line instead of a digital line thru the Avaya IP Office? I need a few extra fax lines and the company doesn't want to pay the 35 a month for them. Under control units it lists Analogue ATM16 as a type of device, is this the analog mod?
