When making an external call via a SIP phone/Workplace App the call gets blocked (stutter tone like COR restriction). Incoming works, extn to extn works, outgoing calls from digital/analog works. All use the same PRI trunk for incoming and outgoing. Any idea what could be the cause?

I can't login to the Call Center on my extn but I can on another. I've tried and failed on multiple types of phones, multiple Agent IDs. I tried it on my extn, 1111, and it fails no matter which set. I thought it was x1111 being programmed in off pbx telephone station mapping but extn 2222...

Can you use an XMobile license or it has to be a station license?

I set the max simultaneous devices to 1 and to block new registrations when max registrations active but this still happens.
