Can anyone tell me how to make a 500 set ring continuously instead of roll to VM. I have no hunt defined fo the TN and mwd set in the cls. Right now it goes to Call Pilot and indicates that they user does not subscribe to VM. It is an option 11C switch.

How would I find out what my SPRE code is? Does it have to be activated for each phone that it is going to be used on? I read that the default SPRE code for an option 11 is 12 in another thread but I get a busy signal when I try to dial it.

Can anyone tell me how to access sys speed from an analog phone? I have FTR SSU 0000 setup on the phone but I cannot figure out out to make a call using a number in the speed call list. FYI... I am trying to do this on an M8001 phone.

Right. If this feature could be used only when the incoming call is from the paging trunk it could work.

That is a good idea, unfortunately I am looking for a solution that will make the phone act more like an overhead speaker (not two-way communication). The phone is located in a fairly noisy enviornment and I do not want the entire building to hear that when the attendant uses the overhead...
