Is there an easy way to restrict station to station calling without setting up tenat service? I have a H/M SV9500 that has one phone that needs to be sta to sta restrict.
I have a good user account that I log in with that gives me full admin functions. But I would like "admin" to be able to log in. I found the name admin in the directory and edited to change the password. When I logged off I still could not log back in with the name admin. I did not shut openworx...
Somehow, during a support call I think, our default admin password no longer works. Is there a way to restore it to its default of admin (pw)admin?
I do have another administrator access account, so I can get in to make changes.
Thanks
This is a SV9500 - The voicemail is on a virtual server with Lan integration. It is always the same xyz mailbox. I use the normal Sys Mgr when I log in (9696 box, and thats where I build new mailboxes. The XYZ box thats always being referenced is a regular subcriber box, but it is my AA box...
One last issue I can't figure out - when ever a mailbox is accessed by the owner, after the "remember 1 for yes 2 for no" prompt it then says "enter 1 to leave a personal message for xyz (lets say thats the name for mailbox 100).
This happens on exsisting mailboxes, and on any new box thats...
I cannot seem to connect my 4730 to the opera PMS system. They are set to AVAST/Repartee/UM4730 etc..
I am set to FIAS2 Legacy IP - the question is do I have to use port 5010? They may have a 5010 conflict.
Well ... shaould have followed this up ... I was able to get call History to work ... found a bit in SFI that was set wrong ... Changed that bit, and when I reset the phone(s) (DT300 series)terminal history worked.
Does anyone know if a 16DLCA in a UG50 will support Call History? The feature works on my IP phones but not on my Digital phones off the UG50. None of my manuals address this. Thanks for any insight.

Not in task manager or in an active process. With Opera at least I get a message that says I don't have the right privileges.. but my privileges were right to open it the first time
I have a very weird problem that I can't figure out.
After a system restart, I can open Opera and Chrome once. If I close the browsers, then try to open them again they never load. I can do a user Logoff windows, then log back on and both browsers will again open once, but fails a 2nd time...
I have seen these but I wasn't sure if it would accept and pass the proper proticol for PMS integration.
If it does, then this is perfect. We are going to virtulize the Voicemail (4730) and needed to be sure we could connect with the PMS if the PMS could not be upgraded to accept an IP...
