It will not even allow regular intercom calls from extension to extension.

Calls come into VM PRO then go into a que after call is answered if someone tries to transfer after 2 digits call does not go. Any help would be great. The extensions are 3 digit.

Customer wants to add 60 analog devices. They currently have 2 bays that are full . I am wondering where I find on the console how many ports are licensed or the max # of port. In other word before I add another bay I want to see if I need more Licensing. Thanks for any help.

Changing from T1 to PRI.

Mitel SX 200 MX Currently has Standard going into T1/E1 Module in controller. Customer ordered a PRI can anyone tell me what I need to make the pri work. System currently has sx 200 mx controller fiber connecting 2 peripheral Bay cabinets which are full with station cards.

So are you saying that the customer would only need to purchase 2 ip phones and the ip end point license. Just to be clear all they have now is ip office 500 v2 with 2 combo cards and embedded voice mail they are using 8 pots lines.
