I have done a search and looked through FAQ and Avaya documentation and cannot find a list of commands that can be entered on the dial pad, e.g. MUTE73738 for reset, MUTE8378 for test, etc.
Does anyone know where to find a list of these commands?
System is S8710 using 4610swip phones.

It's actually a VDN for our help desk. So basically when the 4 extensions that we have for our emergency desk become all busy, we want to roll over to our help desk personell at 54100.
No the four phones do not have cover paths. We just want to play the announcement, ring one of the 4 phones at random until they all get busy at which time we want it to roll over to X54100.
We are doing this as a test for an emergency system. We are going to have a ton of people call in to the...
Here’s the deal:
I created a VDN (X56600)
I created a Vector (50)
I created an Announcement (X59725)
I created a Hunt Group (X59130) with 4 different extensions
I have 4 phones set up in a small area with these 4 different extensions, one for each.
I want to dial X56600 and hear my...
It's my Monday morning apparently. How can I build a template for a digital polycom we purchased recently. I have a template built for a regular analog polycom, is there anything different? Are they interchangable? I am on a S8710 - comm mgr 3.0.1
Thanks,
Rick
Can someone tell me how to run a monthly report on our operator console showing amount of incoming and internal calls? Please.
S8710 - comm mgr 3.0.1 - 4610swip phones.
Thanks ahead,
Rick
OK, I'm lazy. I am updating my resume' and would like a typical resume for administration of a S8710 using 4610swip phones and modular messaging. My old resume' left off with the old traditional PBX systems but I have over a year of experience with the new VOIP system and would like to add this...
Can anyone tell me how much space I should allocate on the FTP server for backing up my S8710 media server nightly. We have about two thousand 4610SWIP phones in service. Right now it is being backed up to flash cards so I would guess that it would not take a lot of space.
Thanks,
Rick
I don't know if your phoes are wall mounted but I have noticed that when I reverse the receiver clip to the wall mount position, it is very easy to set the receiver on top of the tip of the clip and it feels like you have hung up the phone but it is resting on top of the clip. Try it right at...
Thanks, that's a great idea. I wish they would have set that option to "y" when they initially installed the system because we have a couple of thousand phones in this building. Good news for the future though.
Thanks,
Rick
