    First Time with Commvault

    We back up our Blue arc server using UNC path. We run CV 7 sp5....We have been very happy with it, although going to 8 we may need to look further testing..

    Change Journal...not supported 82:158 error

    We have a DB that keeps getting change Journal errors and will hang on 75% complete. this is a Win 2K server, on a secondary drive. Any ideas, we have a restart scheduled but if anyone has any information that would be great.

    Exchange and Restores

    Due to time issues we have been doing a DATABASE back up only, this allows us to run a full every night. For restores we use ex-merge this seems to be our only solution. Mailbox back ups were just taking too long, I am not an expert on exchange either so I would really appreciate another option.

    Media Agent< Blue Arc

    We have added a new media agent to the back up system, I see the Media agent listed in the Media Agent group but not listed under computers. Do I need to create a storgae group for this before I can add the UNC path?
