Hi all, we replaced an old alcatel 4400 by a nortel CS1000 E 6 month ago. Symposium is CC7 release. Customers wants like on older alcatel deny logoff of last agent if call are still in queue. I began searching parameter on CC7 without success. I found a feature HMSB for ACD DN in LD 23 but...- ReevoL
