    Defaulting MLM007

There used to be a form in the FAQ for defaulting a MLM007 back to factory specs. I'm been searching support.avaya.com, but I can't seem to locate it. Anyone have it?

Cabling in tall walls with multiple fire breaks

We don't usually do residential, but I need to run some drops in a house. The house has 10-12 foot walls with two firebreaks. There is existing coax run, but it is stapled to the studs so using it at a guide or pullstring is out. Any suggestions other than cutting sheetrock?

    Software??

One of my clients just bought a building that had a NEC Electra Elite IPK in it. They would like for me to do basic programming on it, but I am not an NEC tech. With that being said, is there software to program it with, or do you have to use the digital station in ports 01 or 02?

    samsung ip systems

stsguy, did you decide to become a dealer? We are an Avaya dealer and picked up Samsung is 2009. I really like the company and product, however most of our clients are choosing an IP Office over the Samsung. As for ease of programming, IPO hands down.
