Hey,
I was wondering if anyone else has ever run into this weird issue. The system has been up and running fine for years with no recent changes made. Out of the blue the voicemail was reported down yesterday.
In system status I can see that the voicemail mode keeps going...
Hey guys, I have to upgrade a server edition solution from the original GA version of server edition up to the newest R9.1.7.
I know that the unit have to be at least 8.1.1.0 to go up to R9.1 but I am curious if you guy would recommend that I upgrade to a newer version of 8.1 and then to 9.1 or...
Thank you very much Pepp77 for the thorough testing. This is exactly what I have experienced as well. All of the phones we installed last Thursday on the 10th were showing notifications just fine, and even the phones that have upgraded to the newest version .693 seem to be showing up with...
I have a site where I have some iPhone running the one-x Mobile app. All of the iPhones are working except one. They are all brand new iPhones and they are all updated to the newest version of IOS. I also downloaded the same app from iTunes. The funny thing is that on most if not all of the...
Thanks jhengel. My main issues are hunt groups not failing over, user rights not failing over, time stamp is off in one-x call log, and when voicemail fails over, it does play any of the AA prompts. It just goes to a generic voicemail prompt.
Do any of you guys know if most of these things...
Hey guys, I need to upgrade an original server edition running at the original R8.1 GA software. The documentation appears to indicate I can do an upgrade all the way from the old 8.1 version straight to R9.1.3 if I am looking at it correctly. I assume the IP500V2 units would need to be...
I have had this happen several times. The version of Java needed to fix this issue is included in the Admin folder. For 9.0.2 it would be something like this. \ADMIN9_0_2_0_860\ISSetupPrerequisites\Java(TM) 7 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition 1.7.0_25
Hope that helps.
Has anyone experienced any issues with D100 base stations rebooting on R9.1 software? I have 4 base stations registered to my Primary server, 4 to my secondary server and 1 to an IP 500V2 unit all in the same server edition solution. They work great other than the fact that they randomly...
Hey guys I am curious if anyone has seen an issue using 3645 sets on R9.1.1? The phones seem to register but are listed in system status as unsupported classmark. You cannot make or receive calls from the phones and they have no audio but they are registering. I have verified that the phones...
It's a new install so there aren't any upgrade license. I do not see any alarms in SSA except that the secondary or IP500 are trying to use a feature that they are not licensed for: Avaya IP Endpoint. I assumed it was a bug, but if so, that would be a pretty big. But just to confirm, you do...
I should be good on license. I have 100 plus Avaya endpoints and 20 3rd party endpoints. There are only a few phones registered as this is a new install.
Yes the primary servers IP address is set on the "Remote Server" tab on both the secondary and the IP500v2. On the primary the remote server is set to 127.0.0.1 under license. The Systems are connected to the same switch so there shouldn't be a firewall blocking anything. But your license are...
Sadly, my SCN trunks are already set to WebSocket. I will try changing them to proprietary I guess just to see if that helps. Do you by chance think it is the firewall running on the Server edition? I can see there is a firewall enabled in web controls. Maybe I should disable it and test?
