    Excellent thanks for your help - Issue resolved. I didnt realize you had to enter http:// in front of the IP Office IP address. The error message completely through me.

    That's the problem I have already assigned the license to the user (power user) , I know it's not enough to just install the license

    Thanks Tlpeter, Appreciate your response, I did assign a license so it should work Under user -- Profile -- I have selected Power user (I have 4 Power user licenses available) Below profile I have ticked Enable Softphone. Still receviing that msg ?

    it is easy !!!whats confusing is the Avaya website!!! All I wanted to know is why I'm receiving the "enter key" popup when running the Softphone on a client PC? Pretty straight forward question. If you dont know just say so?

    Thanks amriddle01, We spoke with the integrator but they are very slow to respond. I do know what the licenses are for but just needed some clarification as stuff just didnt work as expected. System was setup by integrator, we then purchased a few Power user licenses which to my understanding...
