Excellent thanks for your help - Issue resolved. I didnt realize you had to enter http:// in front of the IP Office IP address. The error message completely through me.

Under user -- Profile -- I have selected Power user (I have 4 Power user licenses available) Below profile I have ticked Enable Softphone.

We spoke with the integrator but they are very slow to respond. I do know what the licenses are for but just needed some clarification as stuff just didnt work as expected.
System was setup by integrator, we then purchased a few Power user licenses which to my understanding...

I installed that but its the video softphone, so does this also work for normal calling.
I tried to login but had no luck - Do I need anything else installed on a server?
Login Server: IP Office IP address
Username: Extension
Password: Password set for hot desking
