Would there be any justification to them charging for it? except for the time taken to download and send. Do we have entitlement to the UCM iso when we upgraded the control unit to R11?
It's not what you know. It's who's on Tek-Tip's
Thanks, we dont have access to download anything from avaya still by the looks on it. it was more about obtaining the iso. Will give our BP a try and see if they will send across (wont hold my breath though)

We have always done our own software upgrades, license uploads, config changes etc.. but let our business partner handle the R8 > R11 for our IP 500 (v2) due to some time constraints. However our UCM wasn't installed in the control unit at the time so they didn't upgrade this (due to a site move...

i have attached a network diagram of what i think the result should be. the reason we need to keep the 21.0 network is because the router between us and corporate is on that and they wont change that. and some users need to work on the 21.0 network for the time being.
thanks...

some servers for example have 2 x 9.1GB/18.2GB/36GB/72GB drives (D:\) and 4 x...
Is there any difference between having say 4 physicals disks into 1 raid disk split into two partitions or 4 physicals disks into 2 raid disks.
both senarios give the os the appearance of two disks but is there any performance difference?
Our usual reason for wanting two "disks" per server is...
I am looking into a server redundancy solution and say i have 1 server with raided disk in. now suppose i have a hardware failure (non disk) can i take out those raided disks and place them in a new (pretty much identical) server and continue as if nothing has changed. maybe the OS will have to...
