I have a client that has upgraded their ipview client to Vista and cannot get it to work Running the client from xp is fine so it seems to be a Vista compatibility thing. Itel have said in theory it should work fine but have not tested it so will not yet support it. Any ideas?

Just a quick question... Why are you using 5 digits to dial over the voip when the two sites are using differing 4 digit numbering schemes? It looks like you're sending all 5 digits across VoIP and trying to number match on the far end. It could be failing because by default the VoIP trunks...

You can't use a huntgroup if you wnat the call to go to callpilot on call foward. Answer DN and / or apply the same target line to both phones is the only real answer I think. Also you can add the IP phones extn number alternate number bit in the mailbox for the digital phone and it should alert...
