I went into platform view :7070 like janni78 mentioned and deleted the expiring cert and alarm went away for the server edition, to fix the ip 500 units I used port :8443
it isn't just hosted, I made a mistake. I have started checking our other systems and see it on regular ip 500's also that are rel 10 or higher, but rel 9's don't have the issue?
the alarm says:
TLS certificate is due to expire
Type: trusted store certificate
days remaining:60
did this happen to everyone?
I tried to renew certs on web page(:7071) and in security in manager, but it still shows up.
(they are all powered by Avaya hosted- r10, 10.1, 11)
we are having the issues with many phones in our office, rebooting when idle or freezing when on a call. when I pull up monitor we see the same things BResource had.
a ton of these every day :
SlowRRQ, existrrq, keepalive, TCP close, sysmonRestart
but our network team says they see nothing...
WE just setup our first IP faxfinder 240. we are able to get inbound faxes. but outbound isn't going thru.
we are running ipo r11 server edition with level 3(century link)sip trunks for in and outbound calling
we see the call hitting the trunk, but it just drops. I don't see anything in the...
we are using hosted Server edition (R11)
the client is saying they don't want to see name of caller (inbound)only number?
I know it usually is the other way around, but can I change any setting to get rid of name without making sip trunk have any issues? and just send number?
