Hi there is there a way that I can enable staff/faculty to change their call forwarding remotely? (due to the corona virus). Or is that something that can only be done only if they are in front of their work phone (Mitel 5330E). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :)

Hi there using Mitel 3300 and software 7.2. Trying to remember how to the LED indication on the buttons. A few people here at work have asked if the 5330E’s green light (on the buttons) can be adjusted to be brighter and easier to see? They are finding it hard to see when a phone call comes in...

Well I dug a little deeper and found that the sets were statically assigned and given the wrong gateway. Problem solved once I defaulted them back :) Thanks you for the help!
