Turns out it was a Java issue.

I have Full Administrator Rights but I cannot get CP Reporter to show up when I login. I'm using IE, Netscape and Firefox and nothing is working. Thoughts...?

That's what I thought. I will just make both key 00 and 01 the same.

I have OLA in CLS and LPK is 1 but when I pick up handset it is grabbing key 0.

Is that a system wide setting or a per phone setting?

I had to switch Key 00 to Key 01 because this person seems a bit lazy to use key 00 but whatever. Can I program the 3903 to use key 01 when he picks up his handset?

Now that I get this to work when someone dials a 9, how can I make it so only the TN's that I choose can have access to the 9?

I have AC2 in LD 86 as 9 I added INTL NPA SPN NXX LOC for AC2 in LD 15, NET. I no longer get "reorder" when I dail 9 from my desk but calls are not going out. I am missing something, right?

No conflicts with 9. I can change this in LD 15 correct?

I have an old polling server that has to dial 9 to get an outside line. We dial 8. I'd like to know is there a way to get this to work without creating another customer in my switch. OPT 81C, Rls 5.0

Does the Attendant PC get directory of extensions from TM/OTM? If so were is that file?
