thanks for the help Its actually back to normal, I dont know how but its back for now. I didnt do anything, it probly reset overnight. Thanks- nonworkingsupertek

Hi, Im very new to Cisco Cal manger. We have 6.1 I believe We have phones in classrooms that when dialed supposed to go striaght to VM during a time frame of 8am-4pm. But noticed alot seems to ring directly into the room. But then the next day would be fine and go straight to VM, why would it...- nonworkingsupertek
