On a BCM 400, I've got 3 analog lines setup in a hunt group. I've setup Linear with Busy Signal if Busy both in the hunt group and on each line. But when callers call in it just rings if all lines are busy. I've even tried setting it in queue mode but the same thing happens. Any ideas? Thanks...

jneiberger, So what I have setup isn't establishing QOS? I thought by flagging these packets as critical it would accomplish the same thing. We are using Nortel IP phones, which have the abiltiy to tag packets, but haven't been able to get it to work yet. So is what I have in place now...
