Call forwarding no answer to external number using ICR1

Hey fellow subject matter experts.. I find myself struggling with trying to figure out how to call forward an incoming line when there is no answer to an external number. I have an incoming line that is outside of the AA and rings on incoming call route (1)(destination Group 2). Then I have...

Ip Manager 9.0 and Windows 10

Hello fellow Techs, Recently went back on a phone system that I haven't touched in 4-5 years. I am unable to connect to the Manager no matter what I do. I can see it when IP Manager loads, I must of changed the IP address since I see it as a basic 192.168.1.108 in the discovery screen. I...

Paging / Intercom squelching ACS 4.0

Looking for some assistance with an older ACS 4.0 and squelching on the paging feature. I thought perhaps it was the 5 volt volcom horns causing it so I disconnected the RJ modular plug in the ACS and intercom *70 is still squelching pretty loud. Newly wired building with CAT 5. Any ideas...

    ARS configuration 8.1

Amazingly , Fairpoint came out and said that they don't think the issue is their problem.. BUT they did say if you dial the digits slower it will help alleviate the issue. I am leaning to restore the ARS to as simple as possible. Do you know what lines I should have in there? Also does it...

    ARS configuration 8.1

Yes ... TTT is right on which is my thoughts that the ARS is modifying a string of numbers.. I verified that I can dial out on all the lines on the CO side of the system. It may be in the short cuts that I am overlooking? This is a basic setup that doesn't require special short cuts other than...

    ARS configuration 8.1

Thanks for the quick replies... Seems I can dial out on all the lines BUT I checked the status and I see errors on their main line with "loop current not detected." I am wondering if this is causing an issue with there switch... Any ideas?

    ARS configuration 8.1

Hello friends, I have had an issue with an Avaya IP 500 8.1 config with outgoing phone calls. I have been trying to narrow it down to see which outside line is causing the issue or perhaps its in the ARS configuration. I have 7 CO analog lines dialing out and every now and again a...

Verizon FIOS and Vodavi STS-E , CO lines are hanging up

Finally was able to get the provider to enable COD, after much arguing. The incoming calls seem to be disconnecting BUT the 3 800 numbers which point to the main line seem to be keeping the line open. Any ideas?

Verizon FIOS and Vodavi STS-E , CO lines are hanging up

Thanks for your reply. Have you ever tried programming supervision disconnect? I was just looking through the manual. I really think it still needs to be done on the provider side??
