i don't know what is wrong. i am giving up.

I have VM Pro on the same comp that has the manager, the dongle is in the DTE port on the back of the IP Office 406, the license says valid, all VM is turned on in manager, the IP address is the one of the comp, what am i missing here?

i thought i was told by the customer that this had embedded vm. how do you know if it is embedded or not?

VM still not working and everything with the licence is valid and working. any other suggestions? is the compact flash card a neccesity?

the .cfg says "C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Manager" the .bin says "C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Manager\IP406v2\V3_2

i have the key server, what i think it is, a connector like a db9 with male and female ends? the dongle was white with a red X. i right clicked it to see what it said and accidentally clicked exit.

i upgraded the manager to 3.2 like it says to when first installing everything. the expansion says 4.1 and is greyed out, it won't let me check the box beside it.

license status says "invalid

It is all greyed out. where would the license be?
