Can i add an existing standalone arid into an existing DLM of the same customer, is there any restriction? The DLM has 6 cd version 8 and the new one is running in version 7.

We have already checked the configuration in Client deployment services.
We have authenticated the connection between MBG and Micollab multiple times.
Token is verified and Profiles are configured properly.

I had this issue a few months back.
Change the "Override From Header with Default CPN" from No to Yes on the SIP Peer Profile.
This got resolved for us.

Sadly I do know the answer and the client doesn't like it.
I just wanted to know if there is something similar to override that works with 2 lines on 1 phone,but seems like what they are asking is not possible.

Well what we are trying to do is to override one existing call which has 2 lines set as Multi call.
I feel like override works only when a line is busy but if it has a 2nd line it will never go because simply it wont go busy.
