If I remember correctly Mitel told us this was a bug on a previous version of Micollab. It was fixed on a newer version.

It doesn't matter that you dont have the commands. You already helped us a lot brewski6666 thank you so much. The problem still exists but we will find a solution soon. I will update with the results if there are any.

We have already checked the configuration in Client deployment services. We have authenticated the connection between MBG and Micollab multiple times. Token is verified and Profiles are configured properly. Thank you AlphaMann for the responce.

Well what we are trying to do is to override one existing call which has 2 lines set as Multi call. I feel like override works only when a line is busy but if it has a 2nd line it will never go because simply it wont go busy. Thanks for the response John Keri.

I resolved the issue by myself. For anyone who has the same issue I just changed "Override From Header with Default CPN" from No to Yes on the SIP Peer Profile. So happy we finally resolved this. Thank you anyway and I hope I might help someone with this.
