intrigrant, the phone powers up but it will not register to the network. The other phones are a Version 7 and this one is a V6. We assumed the firmware was the issue.

No, they are using the One-X G11 PSTN Gateway. Not IP Office. Is there a different upgrade for this?

4625SW gets DHCP, TFTP etc, but display does not initialize. We get dial tone, can call out etc. Any solution would be greatly appreciated!

Only time I seen this problem is if you were installing on an IP office system. The mute never works. Was told they are not "compatible" with IP office.
