Kevin, Yes, I placed a trace and the call is going out the correct pattern... is a very odd issue.

Kevin, Thanks for the response. That is exactly what I have configured in the system. Dialed string 911 with min 3 and max 3 with their own route pattern with and FRL of '0' and call type "alrt" so, I don't know why there's a delay when a call is placed for 911. Thanks!
