    Hello, Is there a forward all feature access code in CUCM? In other PBX system such as Avaya, it's possible to add a button that user can press and forward calls to a pre-defined number. Is that possible in Cisco or have to enter the phone number every time we want to forward all? Thanks!

    Kevin, Thanks for the response. That is exactly what I have configured in the system. Dialed string 911 with min 3 and max 3 with their own route pattern with and FRL of '0' and call type "alrt" so, I don't know why there's a delay when a call is placed for 911. Thanks!
