The 40.1 is the operating system when i telnet to the Ip address so going in via the backdoor sx2000, just need to default the user/pass as dont have any correct passwords. Thanks

I dont have the user/pass for the ESM so using the mtce port on the front, can you confirm what the command is.

If i delete the muti keys, how will i delete the local directory number from the form as it is read only

I Have a number which is a multicall key on 9 phones trying to add the number to another extension number but get unable to add as exists as a local only dir number. When you go to local directory numbers it exists but it cannot be deleted in this form. any ideas please.
