Smart host is configured to let Nupoint determine the "from" address. Which is where I thought Fcos will then controll it?

Did you get this working bassphone? I too have a clearone phone and am getting sip registration failed or sip registration disabled. I have had a play with the sip device capabilities also but still having no joy any help here would be much appreciated.

Well checking the firewall all looks ok, when we call the number and look at the firewall logs for traffic we cannot see anything coming at all, but yet on mobile get 'busy'. Raised it with Sip provider waiting on them to do wireshark trace to see whats going on.

By deafult those options in the Sip Peer profile are set to 'No'. I will change them to yes and then back to no to see if that makes any difference. Currently this isn't a live site. So we only have 2 Sip test trunks where they have given us a DDI number to call in on and I have programmed it...

Hi Guys, Anyone Ever come across Withheld callers trying to dial inbound over SIP trunk but fail straight away. Setup being with Sip trunks presented to a Mitel vMBG which then points to the Mitel vMCD. Calls work fine inbound and outbound. I do ccs trace on vMCD and see nothing coming in at all.

You'll be glad to know issue was with Sip Trunks not working correctly. Got them working going through vMBG and all calls are being processed fine. Looks like my config was good for the 5624 Wifi phones. Thanks anyway Daniel!

Out of interest, is your vMBG in DMZ or LAN only?
