Simpler way is to place a call, put it on hold and then pick it back up, the display will tell you the line your on.

Unfortunately in this case the BCM50 is a true R6, not an upgraded unit. I have never been able to get the R6 to fully initialize, I have always had to use a clone or the R6 drive itself. Thought it might have been what I was doing, but sounds like this is an issues for many of us.

Just a follow up... Thanks to curlycord for the simple and elegant solution. Honestly, don't know why I didn't think of that myself. Using the Multi-Image did the trick, locked it in the correct s/w version according to KRS and allows for normal operations and resets if needed.
