Your right on point when you said that she deletes her "Sent Items" frequently. What I think is happening is that when she click's on the highlighted "You Replied.." message it goes into Find because it cannot locate that reply any more since she had most likely deleted it. Yeah I know that the "default" install isn't a complete install because it gives you several options on what type of install you want. okay I will try that tomorrow when i get in my office. It's just weird because it went thru the whole installation process and for some reason this keeps popping up. It never asks for the disc at all it just keeps coming up constantly and I dont see it ever going away unless i re-install or...- MatthewM951

In the different office applications I use I keep getting a pop-up saying ""Please wait while Windows configures Microsoft Office Profressional 2003, Gathering Information..." and a progress bar appears. I have tried restarting and would of tried re-installing but I do not have the disc on me...- MatthewM951
