I am currently running an 8.1 application server newly built, when logging into the voicemail pro client i incorrectly input the password and it has locked my Administrator account.
In the newer versions of app server its fairly straight forward to reset the user account on the 7070...
This is what i get from the monitor trace:

Has anyone seen this error before and know how to resolve it.
The client has recently upgraded their virus protection causing the soft console not to work we have turned off the virus protection but it still fails to log in.
Anyone have any ideas?

I have a 500v1 on 8.1(43)~ all internal and external calls to exts that are missed do not illuminate the history button or even register the call.
All handsets are of the 16XX range.
any ideas as to what it could be?

Thank you Janni, yes this is to resolve an issue of abnormal terminations, i would take them up to 9.1.7 which i know is a bit more stable however im preempting sending this to Avaya and them stating their usual response of upgrade to latest SP.
