Block Outgoing calls
You can do this thru Call Restrictions for the individual extension. They use the options that you set up first under Custom Contexts in the Outbound Call Control section of PBX Configuration. Here is a link to the documentation for it...- M1Guy

Unable to add new user on CallPilot 5.0
I am unable to add new user on a CallPilot 5.0. I am getting the following error when trying to do an express add of a new user: Express User Add Failed The following errors have occurred: Problems in creating the spoken name file. Error Code: 60617- M1Guy
