I don't remember if I tried that. It seems to me your only option with copper lines is either to use the CO flash/transfer and release (if your phone carrier supports this feature) or a supervised, manual conference call.

That did not work, now we are looking to see if the Firewall (Sonicwall NSA-250) might be resetting the connection. Any experience with this?

I think I need more information than that. How can I program the existing voice mail ports to be DTMF as opposed to MCI ports, or is there no distinction? Also, is there a way to program a key to auto-login to a user's mailbox? I should say we're using the MAT utility for system programming.
