IP Office 500 v2 Crashing
I have an IP Office 500v2 R7 with 2 Combo Cards and a DS8 that crashes a few times a day. All the phones go out and all the lights on every board goes solid red. A reboot gets it back up and I am seeing no alarms before or after the crash/reboot. I have seen that this may be an SD card issue...- LJak

Electra Elite IPK Weird Line Ringing
I have a client that has an Electra Elite IPK using Dterm80 phones with 3 lines and 6 extensions (101-106). With all phones plugged in except for 103, all 3 lines ring on all phones (as they should). When 103 is plugged in, line 3 only rings on 103 and everyone else is unable to pick up the call...- LJak

On-Hold Ringback Trouble for Reception Console
I don't normally handle Definity System, but when the reception console on a Definity G3 has a held call it will block all incoming calls once the on hold ringback starts ringing. Please Help.- LJak
